HC Controls have undertaken many customer project management tasks, ranging from special instrumentation projects to test facility cross correlations. There are many situations where customers either do not have the in-house technical expertise or simply prefer to outsource the work to enable their staff to concentrate on their key product lines.
Our staff have the capability of hosting on-site or on-line meetings to engage the project team members in the most efficient manner.
We are pleased to be offer our clients a feasibility study service. Prior to allocating funds and resources to a project, it is often necessary to produce a feasibility study to verify the projects viability. This is sometimes best carried out by a third party to keep the company's plans secret until all the facts are established.
Full technical and commercial feasibility studies are undertaken to include written reports and outline design plans. HC Controls can produce drawings in Autodesk AutoCAD or Inventor to suit customer's requirements.
Our experience in aero engine test facilities provides our customers with a source to relocate an existing test facility. Whilst usually restricted to Mobile Engine Test Systems (METS), it is also possible to move major components of indoor test facilities for re-use at a new location.
One such relocation was performed in 2014 by our engineers, relocating a METS to a new location.
